Definition:
A neurodegenerative disease characterized by dementia, mild parkinsonism, and fluctuations in attention and alertness. The neuropsychiatric manifestations tend to precede the onset of bradykinesia, , and other extrapyramidal signs. and visual are relatively frequent in this condition.
